Commissioning & post-installation
A commissioning document will be completed following installation, signed by both client and installer. This document lists all of the details of the project, including warranty and registration. Also detailed in this document is the training given by Clear Sky Solar for correct use of the equipment. Following this handover, responsibility for correct use and maintenance passes to the client. Clear Sky Solar cannot be responsible for misuse of equipment once a system has been commissioned. Solar equipment can easily be damaged by misuse e.g. by changing settings in system controllers, overloading systems or inadequate maintenance of batteries. All new equipment is provided with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, varying by make and model. Registration of each product takes place at the time of commission.
